Tip T2549 - Spread spectrum is off. Consider turning it on to minimise EMI (ElectroMagnetic Interference). This feature of the PLL IC (clock generator) varies the base frequency area within a certain field range to reduce strong EMI peaks that could cause interference in electronic devices.

Fix: Turn spread spectrum on in the BIOS. You may also need to use speed by BIOS instead of jumpers/switches in order to turn this on.
